C1R 1024 Fixed Check JOINT (General / Angle Pad Type)

Model C1R 1024 fixed check joint is designed with a diagonal structure and maintains a fixed connection only by tightening bolts/nuts, making it suitable for piping around pumps, fire-fighting piping, and sanitary piping that can withstand bending and torsional loads of pipes. The product suppresses fluidity in pipes and maintains a firm connection.

Model C1R 1024 fixed check joint is suitable for vertical piping, horizontal piping, and machine room piping where flexibility is not required. The maximum operating pressure is 24kgf/cm², so it can be applied to piping lines that require safety, and is a product that can withstand bending and torsional loads through a firm connection (joint) to the pipe. The nut fastening part of the main body has a groove for a loosening device identical to that of the anti-loosening nut, which prevents the nut from loosening due to shaking or vibration of the pipe.
